Return Policy

Return

We do not accept returns on products such as cosmetics, fragrance, lotion, undies and lingerie.

Change in mind is not considered as a reason for return.

Returns will not accept on any used products.

We accept returns on orders excluding above if any factory defects are found. Such orders must be informed us immediately on [email protected] and returned within seven days in its original condition (unused, in the same condition that you received and in original packaging). All qualified returns to be addressed to us, not to the manufacturer.

Exchange

We process exchange if the customer did not receive the same model/item (considered from the model/item number) ordered as listed in our website due to processing errors may occurred. However, if the customer satisfied with the order received, exchange will not be taken placed.

Once we receive your returned order due to factory defects, we will send you an email informing the receipt of same. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will begin with the inspection and let you know the approval or rejection status once completed the inspection. If the return is approved, we will proceed with an exchange order.

Refund

Qualified refunds will be processed into the same credit / debit card which the payment made online for the order placement.

Once the refund is processed you will be informed by email with the refund details. If the refund did receive you after seven working days from our email confirmation, please inform us on [email protected] in order to begin with the investigation.
